Position Summary

We are hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist for our Austin, TX location. You will greet clients, provide excellent customer service, work with staff to meet sales goals through upselling, and perform administrative duties to support the clinic's daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive client experience with excellent customer service
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain client records
• Work with staff to achieve sales goals through upselling
• Follow up with clients via calls (no cold calling)
• Support clinic needs and perform daily opening/closing duties
• Handle financial transactions and perform administrative tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team player with initiative and confidentiality
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
• Ability to lift 20-40 pounds
