Job summary

Jackson in Nashville, TN – Sales Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Sales desk by evaluating interactions and driving continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and advisor experience.

You will partner with the Distribution Training & Development team and Sales Desk leadership to ensure consistent evaluation standards, develop coaching plans, and generate actionable insights through reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ years of sales experience required.
• Experience auditing sales conversations for quality and effectiveness.
• Knowledge of multiple Jackson product lines.
• Education and/or experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and/or modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate internal sales interactions across calls, meetings, and emails.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare reports and create charts to visualize data.
• Collaborate with the Training & Development team and Sales leadership to align quality insights.
• Coach associates to improve call handling and advisor experience.
• Maintain a centralized library of best practices.
