Trainees will learn products, systems, and industry practices, study for FINRA licenses, shadow Client Consultants, and contribute data entry support to the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63, and State Insurance License within 90 days.
• Some prior financial services experience preferred.
• Individuals without required registrations will be limited in job function until registrations are obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in training sessions to learn Jackson’s products and systems and the financial services industry.
• Studies for and obtains required licenses within the designated timeframe.
• Completes New Hire Product Training and Supplemental Training.
• Observes and shadows Client Consultants to gain exposure to client interactions, product recommendations, and best-interest practices.
• Provides data entry support for the Client Consultant team.
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
