Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in restoration or construction.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals in a single visit.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments and ensure high conversion rate.
• Create accurate project estimates and manage insurance claims process.
• Cultivate strong relationships with insurance companies and customers.
