Job summary

Dry Force Corp. is seeking a Sales Project Manager for the DFW area to consult homeowners on residential reconstruction projects, blending sales acumen with estimating and project coordination. You will meet customers, hand off to project managers, build accurate estimates, and guide clients through insurance claims.

Strong tech skills and a proven close in one visit are essential. This role offers commission bonuses, paid benefits, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced restoration

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management experience in restoration or construction.
• 3+ years outside sales with a proven single-visit close.
• Proficient in computer systems; quick to learn new software.
• Valid Texas driver’s license; pass background check and drug test.
• Comfort with moisture meters and related tech.
• Willing to work overtime, some holidays, and during surge events.
• Experience with Xactimate and Dash is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for in-home appointments to convert leads.
• Handoff projects to residential reconstruction managers after insurance approval.
• Create accurate project estimates using a Docusketch tool in coordinating pre-production.
• Guide customers through the insurance claims process, ensuring adjuster approval, and managing expectations.
• Maintain relationships with insurers and customers to facilitate communication.
• Complete documentation and ensure timely processing of sales paperwork.
