Job summary

LawnCare by Walter, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Project Manager to drive revenue, manage client portfolios, and oversee project execution from sale through completion.

As a sales representative and on-site project lead, you will present our services, build lasting client relationships, coordinate with support teams, and ensure projects meet the promised outcomes.

This role combines hands-on field work with strategic account development in a fast-paced landscape industry.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales or customer service role (preferred).
• Experience as a project manager or in a similar leadership role (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the landscape industry and industry-specific practices (preferred).
• Physical endurance, as sales representative and project manager you may need to be on your feet for long hours, travel between locations, and carry heavy products.

Responsibilities

• Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Presenting our products and services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as Customer Support to ensure adequate record keeping, payment collection, and preparation of the project.
• Supervising work performed to ensure timely completion by working directly with the on-site crew and effectively communicating scope of work.
• Ensure the completed project delivers the expected results by completing job checks and customer walkthroughs.
