Qualifications

• Sales, project management, or client-facing experience (landscaping or turf industry)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and insurable under company provider

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Manage existing customer base while identifying and developing new sales opportunities
• Conduct on-site consultations and recommend products based on customer needs
• Establish and meet individual and team sales goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the customers
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism and follow-through
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee residential turf and landscaping projects from sale through completion
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution
• Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to customers and leadership
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage changes as needed
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records
