Cogent Analytics in the United States seeks an Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to drive revenue growth in lawn care and landscaping through proactive prospecting, client relationship development, and effective account management.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, ensure service quality, and coordinate with operations to schedule work and upsell where appropriate. Must be comfortable with outdoor work and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or lead-generation roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable visiting client properties and working outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting and outreach.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Manage assigned accounts with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Oversee execution of sold jobs ensuring alignment with specifications, timelines and quality.
• Conduct routine property inspections to verify service quality and identify improvements.
• Evaluate existing accounts for potential service enhancements and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in company systems.
• Collaborate with operations to support scheduling, service delivery and process improvements.
