Job summary

Perfect Pavers of Palm Beach, part of the Perfect Pavers family, is seeking a Sales & Project Manager to own client relationships from first contact through project delivery. You will sell paver and hardscape projects to homeowners and custom home builders across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

This role targets experienced construction sales professionals who want to grow a book of business and manage projects end-to-end with our office, procurement, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a construction company (or a college degree plus 1 year in construction).
• B2B sales experience and existing connections with builders or contractors.
• Experience with horizontal installation: pavers, tile, stone, marble.
• Ability to read contracts and understand job costing and construction budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with CRM and plan review software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big market advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sell paver and hardscape projects to new and existing residential clients and custom home builders.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with builders across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
• Review plans and contracts, prepare estimates, budgets, and job costing.
• Manage projects: coordinate materials and deliveries with procurement, manage expenses and invoices, and coordinate with crews.
• Keep CRM up to date on every client and project.
• Join weekly sales meetings and report weekly plans and results to management.

What You'll Do Day To Day

• Sell paver and hardscape projects to new and existing residential clients and custom home builders
• Build and grow long-term relationships with builders across Broward and Palm Beach Counties
• Review plans and contracts, prepare estimates, budgets, and job costing
• Manage your projects: coordinate materials and deliveries with procurement, expenses and invoices with accounting, and schedules with our crews
• Keep our CRM up to date on every client and project
• Join weekly sales meetings and report weekly plans and results to management

This Role Is Right For You If

• You have 3+ years of experience at a construction company (or a college degree plus 1 year in construction)
• You have B2B sales experience and existing connections with builders or contractors
• You know horizontal installation: pavers, tile, stone, marble
• You can read contracts and understand job costing and construction budgets
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and comfortable with CRM and plan review software
• You communicate clearly and professionally, in person and in writing
• You have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big advantage in our market
