Job summary

Perfect Pavers of South Florida LLC is seeking a Field Sales Assistant in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The role offers a pathway to higher-paying sales or project management with hands-on training in the paver industry.

You will work with the sales team in the field, visiting client homes and sites, and you will receive a company car, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $52,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Comfort lifting and carrying 50–70 lbs several times a day.
• Organized, reliable, and punctual.
• Presentable and comfortable talking with homeowners.
• Hands-on experience in construction, landscaping, or home services is a plus (training provided).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous in our market.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client homes and job sites across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
• Load, transport, and present paver samples to clients.
• Take measurements, photos, and notes so our team can build accurate estimates.
• Visit clients to collect signatures and help with paperwork.
• Check active job sites to confirm work meets our quality and cleanliness standards.
• Be an on-site point of contact for clients during projects.
• Learn our sales process and back up the sales team as you grow.

Field Sales Assistant | Broward & Palm Beach Counties | $40,000–$52,000 | Full-time

Join an established South Florida paver company (in business since 1988) in a hands-on, out-of-the-office role with real room to grow. You'll work side by side with our sales team in the field, and we'll train you from the ground up in the hardscape industry with a clear path to grow into a full sales or project management role.
