Perfect Pavers of Palm Beach, part of the Perfect Pavers family, seeks an experienced Sales & Project Manager to own client relationships from first contact through delivery. You will manage residential projects with homeowners and custom home builders, driving growth across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

You will use your sales acumen, contract knowledge, and budgeting skills to close projects, coordinate with procurement and crews, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience at a construction company (or a college degree plus 1 year in construction)
• B2B sales experience with builders or contractors
• Knowledge of pavers, hardscape materials (tiles, stone, marble)
• Ability to read contracts and understand job costing and construction budgets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with CRM and plan-review software
• Clear, professional communication in person and in writing; valid driver’s license with good record
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big advantage in our market

Responsabilidades

• Sell paver and hardscape projects to new and existing residential clients and builders
• Build and grow long-term relationships with builders across Broward and Palm Beach Counties
• Review plans and contracts; prepare estimates, budgets, and job costing
• Coordinate materials, expenses, invoices, and schedules with procurement, accounting, and field teams
• Keep the CRM up to date for every client and project
• Attend weekly sales meetings and report plans and results to management
