Perfect Pavers of Palm Beach, part of the Perfect Pavers family, is seeking a Sales & Project Manager to own client relationships from first contact to project delivery. You will sell paver projects, manage budgets, coordinate materials, and maintain CRM with builders and homeowners across Broward & Palm Beach Counties.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction sales, strong reading of contracts, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience at a construction company or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Sell paver and hardscape projects to new and existing residential clients and builders.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with builders across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
• Review plans and contracts, prepare estimates, budgets, and job costing.
• Manage projects: coordinate materials and deliveries, expenses and invoices, and scheduling with crews.
• Keep CRM up to date on every client and project.
• Join weekly sales meetings and report weekly plans and results to management.
