We’re looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Sales & Project Manager to join our ISC team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and nurturing client relationships, leading scaffolding projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for calculating costs and gains, managing budgets, ensuring a safe work environment, and driving project profitability. You’ll also focus on developing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing, and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.

• Develop existing accounts and seek new business via cold calling or other strategic selling solutions
• Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships
• Consult and problem‑solve to enhance the Company’s position in existing and target accounts
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Manage and delegate scaffolding projects from start to finish
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures
• Perform sales activities and negotiate sales price and discounts

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree or an equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience
• 5 -10 years of sales experience in the scaffolding
• Business development/customer acquisition experience
• Scaffolding sales and/or field experience preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Unrestricted driver’s license; ability to pass DMV check

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or an equivalent certification.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.
• Able to travel to jobsites, meetings, and other destinations as needed.
• Able to wear the required personal protective equipment.
• Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.
• Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.
• Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.
• Able to lift & carry items up to 15 lbs.
