The Old Dominion Group seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support ISC projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll assist with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement while maintaining strong client relationships and project documentation.
You will coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Integrated Scaffolding Concepts (ISC) team. In this role, you will support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Working closely with Project Managers, field leadership, clients, and subcontractors, you will help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
The Assistant Project Manager will assist with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and project documentation while helping maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills in a fast-paced construction environment while contributing to the overall success and profitability of the ISC division.
