The Old Dominion Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Integrated Scaffolding Concepts (ISC) team in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will work with project managers, field leadership, clients, and subcontractors to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Integrated Scaffolding Concepts (ISC) team. In this role, you will support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Working closely with Project Managers, field leadership, clients, and subcontractors, you will help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
The Assistant Project Manager will assist with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and project documentation while helping maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills in a fast-paced construction environment while contributing to the overall success and profitability of the ISC division.
