Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure seeks a Sales Project Coordinator to manage the customer journey from initial lead to payment in full and project closeout. You will be the primary contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring exceptional service while coordinating with sales, inventory, planning and purchasing teams.

You will verify specifications with customers, coordinate with production on precast fabrication and final delivery, and keep documentation accurate.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry as a supplier, contractor, or office support function – Required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor) – Required
• Working knowledge of plans, prints, drawings, and detailed plan specifications per customers' requirements – Required
• Ability to communicate both in written and verbal format

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from lead through payment and job closeout; maintain contact and provide updates.
• Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the process and ensure exceptional service.
• Ensure product specifications are accurate and coordinate with production for precast fabrication and delivery.
• Communicate delivery dates, order changes, and issues arising during manufacturing.
• Produce an accurate bill of materials (BOM) for planned production and coordinate quotes/orders with outside sales.
