Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator in Kapolei, Hawaii. You will manage the customer journey from initial lead to payment and close-out, acting as the primary contact for customers and coordinating with sales, inventory, planning, and purchasing teams.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with production to ensure specs are met, maintaining contract accuracy, communicating updates on delivery dates, and preparing accurate BOMs for production planning.

A Project Coordinator is responsible for the customer journey from time of initial lead to payment-in-full and job close out. They consistently remain the main point of contact for the customers throughout the process providing updates and relevant information to their project and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll primarily work with the sales team, customers, inventory, planning, and purchasing teams.
