Job summary

Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE) is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to support the Containment (Data Center) segment by managing inquiries, coordinating quotes, and maintaining project information in Salesforce. You will be the primary coordinator for incoming sales requests and customer service activities, ensuring every project is documented and tracked from inquiry to order support.

This hybrid role is based in Malvern, PA, and requires collaboration with Sales, Customers,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years in customer service, sales support, project coordination, or inside sales.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ISQuote inbox and route inquiries promptly.
• Capture inquiries and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Track quotes from request to completion.
• Provide status updates to sales and management.
• Document project details in Salesforce.
• Maintain tax-exempt documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for quote status questions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Generate reports to measure inquiry volume and quote speed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
