Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with PMP Certification or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of project coordination fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, timelines, and deliverables across sales projects.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation; update leadership on progress.
• Organize meetings, events, and travel logistics.
• Provide administrative support to Sales leadership.
• Track project expenses and vendor costs; report variances.
• Prepare presentations and customer communications.
