Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in a sales, technology, or compliance environment.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and document open items, owners, and due dates.
• Drive completion of action items on schedule and assist with export controls, compliance and logistics.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; monitor progress and on-time delivery.
• Identify risks, propose data-driven solutions, and drive process improvements in sales operations.
