Job summary

Supermicro in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to drive program execution and coordinate with engineering, service, and customers for strategic accounts.

You will own tracking, issue resolution, status reporting, and cross‑functional communication to ensure on‑time delivery of complex server hardware and software projects. You will bridge technical teams and customers, facilitate on‑site deployments when needed, and continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management or technical account management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of server, hardware and software/firmware management concepts.
• Ability and willingness to travel for on-site customer support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main project coordinator for strategic customers, tracking requests and deliverables.
• Monitor schedules, consolidate status updates, and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate on-site support and cross-functional deployments to manage critical situations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive enhancement plans.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
