Supermicro is seeking a dynamic Manager, Program Management to lead engineering programs across Sales, Production, and Purchasing. The role requires exceptional project management and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and timely product delivery.

The candidate will oversee production planning, material readiness, and cost analysis, ensuring forecast alignment and high customer satisfaction while supporting new product introductions and post‑sale needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the computer/server industry.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, product development, project management, quality control, and/or procurement support; technical knowledge on material-related and quick-turn engineer-to-order environment experience.
• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on time.

Responsibilities

• Interface with OEM customers to provide turnkey manufacturing services.
• Drive production planning, material readiness, shortage prevention, and order fulfillment to meet forecasts and customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks from Sales, Production, Product Management, and Purchasing.
• Assist with NPI, FAI, and ECO scheduling and material planning to ensure time to market.
• Analyze forecasts and maintain material schedules to mitigate shortages and enable fast order fulfillment.
