Ashley is seeking energetic Sales Professionals to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will sell furniture and home décor, help customers design living spaces, and build lasting relationships. The role supports a robust training program and uncapped monthly commissions, with weekly pay and a competitive hourly base.

Ideal candidates are coachable, resilient, and able to work evenings and weekends. Hospitality or service backgrounds are helpful but not required, as Ashley provides
