They maintain up-to-date product knowledge, use company systems independently, and support showroom hospitality standards while handling administrative tasks and client repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present products confidently using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM focusing on relationship building.
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom collections.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Use company systems hardware and software independently to perform duties.
• Complete administrative responsibilities that support the client experience.
• Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
• Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members and turn clients over when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
