Job summary

The Juris Agency in Douglasville, GA is hiring a full‑time Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You will pursue warm leads, educate clients on policy options, and close sales while building lasting relationships.

Property and Casualty license is required; Life and Health licensing is a bonus. We provide training, a supportive team, sign‑on bonus after 90 days, and opportunities for career growth in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must currently possess a Property and Casualty license.
• Previous insurance and sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
• Be outstanding at relationship building and Educating clients on insurance policies.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
