The Juris Agency in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You will leverage warm leads, referrals, and networking to drive new business while delivering excellent customer service. Must hold a Property and Casualty license; Life and Health license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must currently possess a Property and Casualty license.
• Life and Health license is a BONUS!
• Previous insurance and sales experience
• Basic computer software knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette
• Self-starter works well independently and possesses a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
• Be outstanding at relationship building and Educating clients on insurance policies.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
• Meet new sales goals and objectives.
