Job Description

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Calling, presenting, and selling Allstate Insurance products and services

Develop leads, schedule appoints, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Establish client relationships and follow-up with customers as needed

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of successful sales experience

Licensed in Property & Casualty will be REQUIRED.

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening

Ability to have success working Internet based leads

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

*Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required but strongly encouraged to apply!
