Valley Bank in Morristown, NJ seeks a Manager, Sales Process & Routines to own the sales and service rhythms across retail, Small Business Banking, and Mortgage. You will define standards, enable leaders, and ensure consistent execution of coaching, workflows, and performance management across lines of business.

You will drive adoption of new tools and processes, coordinate with Learning & Development on training, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience.
• 5+ years in banking, retail branch sales management, small business or mortgage sales support, sales operations, or sales effectiveness.
• 3+ years developing and sustaining sales processes across multiple locations, teams or lines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel/Power BI.
• Ability to influence leaders and maintain standards across lines without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Design, document, and maintain sales and service processes across branch, SMB, and mortgage lines.
• Define and standardize operating rhythms, cadences, and routine coaching across markets.
• Codify referral and handoff standards to ensure leads are captured and worked consistently.
• Own adoption of new sales tools, processes, and campaigns with Training and reinforcement.
