Valley National Bank seeks a results-driven field enablement leader in Morristown, NJ to translate sales and service strategies into actionable field plans. You will drive adoption, behavior change, and measurable outcomes across initiatives, coordinating content, tools, and leader enablement.

You will partner with Learning & Development, support pilots and rollouts, present to senior leaders, and ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders while monitoring progress and adjusting as needed to

Responsabilités

• Translate sales and service strategy into field execution and drive adoption and outcomes.
• Build implementation and engagement plans, coordinating comms, content, tools, resources, and leaders.
• Create field content (playbooks, job aids, talking points, guides) and deliver via sessions.
• Partner with Learning & Development on training, supplying context and field perspective.
• Support pilots, rollouts, and sustained adoption; provide leaders with tools and guidance.
• Partner with leaders from strategy through rollout and optimization.
• Present to senior leadership on vision, approach, progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Build alignment across stakeholders; escalate significant issues.
• Monitor execution and effectiveness using results and feedback to identify barriers and best practices.
• Establish feedback loops to surface learnings and agree adjustments with leaders.
• Report on adoption, risks, opportunities, and initiative effectiveness, including required training.
• Hold accountability after launch; drive corrective action if adoption or results fall short.
