Job summary

You will build engagement plans, create field-facing content, and collaborate with Learning & Development to design training, pilots, and rollouts. You will report progress to senior leadership and adapt strategies based on feedback and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in banking, sales and service strategy, or project management with rollout ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate sales and service strategy into field execution; drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Build implementation and engagement plans; coordinate communications, content, tools, and leader enablement.
• Create field-facing content: playbooks, job aids, talking points; deliver via field sessions and forums.
• Partner with Learning & Development on training; supply business context and field perspective.
• Support pilots and rollouts; ensure leaders have tools to reinforce execution.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes; report to leadership on risks and opportunities.
