Gerdau in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sales Process Analyst to standardize processes and document procedures across the sales organization. You will train staff, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

The role reports to the Market Forecast Manager and collaborates with area leaders to sustain best practices, manage performance, and support cost-control initiatives. A 2-year degree and 1–3 years of related experience are required.

Competenze

• Two year college degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in sales, marketing, fulfillment, or related areas.
• Working knowledge of data-based systems and tools (Excel, Power BI, Data Bricks).

• Standardize processes within assigned area and document them.
• Provide training to personnel responsible for operating to standards.
• Conduct audits and trend analysis to improve performance.
