Qualifications

• Two-year degree in engineering/business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, fulfillment, or related operations with some supervision/leadership.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Power BI and Data Bricks.
• Familiarity with standard processes and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document standard processes to be used across the department.
• Maintain process procedures and schedule the required training.
• Track performance of control items and report to management.
• Develop reporting needs and perform trend analysis on data.
• Audit workforce performance against standards and enforce compliance.
• Conduct unscheduled audits and update standards as needed.
• Coach and develop the department’s capabilities and support action plans.
