Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused associate to help customers create the floors and spaces they love. You’ll earn a base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

You will sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets, build relationships for repeat business, and manage showroom merchandising and daily store operations. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
