Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or sales, strong communication skills, and forklift certification. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus; evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus; forklift certification required before operation.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
