Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused associate to drive revenue and deliver exceptional shopping experiences in our showroom. You will handle POS, inventory, and daily store operations while building lasting customer relationships.

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with a competitive base pay and uncapped commission/bonus potential. Flooring knowledge is a plus, with bilingual Spanish as a bonus to assist a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
