Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is hiring a part-time sales-focused associate in a retail showroom. You will sell and upsell, deliver excellent customer experiences, and maintain an organized showroom while handling POS transactions and daily store operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, strong communication skills, and forklift certification. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities
