Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a part-time sales-focused associate to help customers design spaces and floors they love. You will drive revenue by selling, upselling, and building lasting customer relationships, while maintaining an organized showroom and handling POS transactions.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or sales, strong communication, and customer service skills, with bilingual Spanish as a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
