Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven associate to help customers select flooring and achieve revenue goals. You will deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and maintain an organized showroom while handling POS transactions and store operations.

The role requires strong communication, sales and customer service skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and forklift certification is not listed as required here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
