Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales and lead training initiatives. You will mentor new hires and guide the team through proven sales processes to achieve targets.

Responsibilities include coaching, monitoring performance, and developing effective training modules while collaborating with sales leadership to align strategies and expectations. This role combines field sales with instructional leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background, preferably in face-to-face settings within insurance or financial services.
• Strong sales training or coaching experience, onboarding and developing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to motivate others.
• Growth mindset with ability to master processes and teach them to others.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple trainees.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities, prospect, network, and close deals to meet sales goals.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and existing staff on sales processes.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to improve performance.
• Monitor trainee progress and give actionable feedback.
• Develop and adapt training modules from company materials.
