Job summary

1-800Accountant is seeking a sales professional to join our Arizona office. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, deliver product demonstrations via Google Meet, and educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services.

This full-time, on-site role offers base pay of $20/hour plus uncapped commission with an average OTE of $60k–$120k, plus comprehensive benefits and training. Join a team that emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and client success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication to build trust with clients via phone and video calls.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, goal-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
• Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
• Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
• Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline and client information.
• Other duties as assigned.
