Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Platform Owner – Sales to lead the global MedTech CXM platform on Microsoft Dynamics, unifying sales, pricing, CPQ, and customer service into a single AI-driven ecosystem. This role emphasizes defining technical strategy, architecture, and standards, while driving platform capabilities that power next-generation, personalized commercialization experiences for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7 years of related IT experience.
• Experience leading technology delivery and support in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; Agile experience preferred.

• Lead technology delivery and support initiatives in regulated settings.
• Translate business priorities into the technology roadmap and investment plan.
• Partner with site leadership and stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Own technology demand management, identify gaps, and balance value, cost, and risk.
