Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field.
• 7 years of related IT experience.
• Proven experience leading technology delivery and support in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing across functions.
• Demonstrated financial management skills, budgeting and cost optimization.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent and self-motivated with tight deadlines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; people-management preferred.
• Experience with project management or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead education platform transformation technology solutions with enterprise product teams and delivery partners.
• Translate priorities, challenges and risks into a business-led technology roadmap (0–5 years).
• Serve as trusted technology partner for site leadership and key stakeholders.
• Own demand management and capabilities, balancing business value, cost, risk and resources.
• Ensure alignment of local solutions to enterprise standards and drive a global ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain the site IT roadmap and investment justification.
• Drive value through Agile and iterative delivery practices.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure resourcing, quality, timelines, and governance.
• Manage IT financials, budgets, and cost optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, cost efficiency and platform health.
• Ensure compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management practices are embedded.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
