Job summary

You will support the lifecycle of marketing platforms, drive analytics and reporting, and collaborate with IT delivery teams and vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of experience in technology, business, or product analysis
• Experience supporting marketing or customer-facing systems in IT or digital function
• Able to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into product and system capabilities across marketing platforms (CRM, campaign management, analytics)
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of marketing systems including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Analyze processes to improve marketing effectiveness, data quality, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and platform owners to ensure on-time delivery within scope and security standards
• Support data-driven marketing by enabling reporting, dashboards, and insights for campaigns
• Assist with change management, including user training and documentation
• Monitor system performance and prioritize backlog with product owners and business leaders
• Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, regulatory, and quality requirements
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms for commercial execution
