Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Principal Platform Engineer for the Customer Experience Management domain in Raritan, NJ. This hands-on leader translates the PR&O product roadmap into secure, scalable platform capabilities built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise-scale products, platforms, or distributed systems.
• 4+ years in a lead/architect role accountable for solution design and engineering execution.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, integration, data, security, and platform operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot integrations.
• Experience designing reusable APIs, services, components, or framework libraries.
• Hands-on with modern engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, IaC, containers, Kubernetes, observability.
• Experience building production AI solutions using LLM integration, agents, RAG, tool calling, context engineering, evaluation, observability, security, governance.
• Experience in regulated environments and working with commercial operations, data controls, and compliance workflows.
• Strong ability to lead engineers and delivery partners and communicate trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and engineering execution for PR&O across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related services.
• Design reusable APIs, services, and integration patterns for platform consistency.
• Ensure security, data quality, governance, and compliance across PR&O solutions.
• Apply AI, automation, and responsible implementation patterns in workflows.
• Provide technical direction, reviews, and backlog refinement for PR&O capabilities.
• Drive production engineering lifecycle, incident response, and release management.
