Horizon Family Brands seeks an Associate Sales Planning Manager to join the Sales Department in a hybrid role with three days on-site in Broomfield, CO. You will drive long‑term growth by managing the financial execution of the business plan and collaborating cross-functionally to support customers and company objectives.

The position requires 3–5 years in Sales/Finance or Supply Chain with strong analytical skills and a BA/BS in a related field.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business administration, Economics or similar preferred.
• 3-5 years of Sales, Finance or Supply Chain experience in CPG preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in planning roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales planning activities across grocery, convenience, and food service channels.
• Develop and maintain short and long-term trade forecasts aligned with demand and promos.
• Partner with Sales and Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory alignment.
• Analyze sales trends, customer performance, market conditions, and seasonality.
