• Strong MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly selling report, including stock and sales by store.
• Create monthly selling analysis for total company and by account; sales and stock, mix of business analysis, ranks, boutiques.
• Owns reporting, and all communication for corporate events.
• Maintain store matrix.
• Systems owner for BI Tool and all other reporting platforms.
• Create ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Monitor collateral budget and spend for all channels of distributions.
• Coordinate with operations on processing and shipment of promotional inventory.
• Support seasonal and year forecasts to operations based on promotional programming.
• Communicate weekly and monthly updates to field sales team.
• Manage monthly damages process with select accounts.
• Review inventory reports with operations to flag high-risk SKUs.
• Create and distribute stock reports to field and retailers.
• Review daily orders received through EDI for all retail channels and approve.
• Partner with sales planners on information needed prior to orders.
