Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is looking for a Forecasting Manager to oversee the forecast performance for its beauty brands from Manhattan offices. The position requires 3-5 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and forecasting systems.

The selected candidate will manage forecasts, lead discussions with stakeholders, and participate in improving forecasting processes. Knowledge of French is a plus and the role offers a competitive salary in the range of $110,000-$125,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years sell-in forecast experience.
• Strong problem-structuring skills and intellectual rigor.
• Fluency or working knowledge of French is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and challenge forecasts for multiple beauty brands.
• Conduct sell-in/sell-out analysis for 18 months.
• Lead demand review sessions and structured discussions.
