Job summary

HYH America Inc. in Irvine, CA, is hiring a Sales Associate Manager to drive sales planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional execution to meet company objectives.

You will develop account plans, present to management, manage projects, and support promotions and retailer initiatives with nationwide travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in sales planning or analytics within food & beverage or CPG, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, account support, business analysis, or related commercial role in food & beverage, CPG, or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience preparing sales reports, product and promotional materials, presentations, and internal updates.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive execution of sales plans, account priorities, promotional programs, and retail initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Develop account planning materials, customer presentations, and sales proposals while partnering with Sales Managers to identify growth opportunities and customer strategies.
• Manage sales projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized sales documentation, reporting tools, and tracking systems to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
• Lead development and maintenance of customer presentations, sales tools, promotional materials, and product launch documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of product information, pricing updates, promotional details, and sales support materials.
