Job summary

Stivers Kia of Owings Mills is seeking a motivated Sales Person to join our family-owned dealership in Owings Mills, MD. Greet customers, guide them through the buying process, and match them with the right Kia model.

You will conduct test drives, explain features, follow up with customers, and collaborate with the finance team to explore financing options. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Positive, energetic attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person).

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery.
• Build genuine relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of the Kia lineup, including new models, features, and technology.
• Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospective and past customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Work with our finance team to help customers navigate financing and leasing options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
