Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum five years of proven sales success, preferably in residential service.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the trades industry (service and installation) requirements for residential and light commercial settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Nashville Residential Project Managers.
• Facilitate the success of all branch Project Managers.
• Maintain relationships with management to align sales activities with company programs.
• Lead, coach, train, and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Set goals for sales teams and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
• Provide guidance to sales teams on customer needs and issues; develop sales campaigns.
• Develop training plans and curriculum for the Sales Teams; oversee hiring and onboarding.
• Hold weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings to review performance and provide solutions.
